The first step, before starting the machine, check whether the tool is firmly installed, whether the electrical connection is good, and keep it firm to prevent processing errors caused by looseness during processing. Please keep the instruction manual in mind.
The second step, after turning on the power of the machine, the machine will start self-detection, the tool returns to zero, stops moving, and ends self-detection. Note: This item must be performed, otherwise it will cause serious consequences and damage the machine. Machine self-detection is a good habit, this step is very important, just like a car, it should also be self-checked before starting, and it is not easy to fail.
The third step, after self-checking, enter the parameter adjustment screen, find the three-phase parameters of "tool diameter, number of cycles, processing speed" on the left side of the parameter adjustment control panel, and fill in the corresponding tool diameter according to the existing processing requirements. Common parameters are 70, 80, and 90. The number of cycles refers to the number of processing cycles after the wood is processed once, and the value can be filled in between 0 and 9999. The processing speed refers to the rotation speed of the tool processing, ranging from 8000--20000. When filling in the value, the manufacturer should fill in the corresponding processing parameters according to their actual processing requirements.
The fourth step, after filling in the CNC mortise and groove processing parameters, fill in the wood processing parameters on the right side of the current control panel. The main processing technology of the mortise and tenon machine is slotting and punching. The control panel displays the parameters of the interpolation processing intuitively and three-dimensionally.
The fifth step, after adjusting all the parameters, the green "start" button of the motor will start the equipment processing. The equipment will realize independent processing according to the parameters we set in advance. Workers do not need to perform other operations, only need to load and unload materials.
